Your cart always shows the exact quantity, unit price, any discounts/free items, and the final total in PKR before you proceed to checkout — so you know exactly what you're paying before you pay.

↩️ Refund / Return Policy

💾 Digital Products

Because digital products (game top-ups, in-game items, keys, accounts) are delivered directly to your in-game account or inbox, once an item is successfully delivered it cannot be returned — the same way in-game currency or items can't be "returned" once added to an account.

You ARE eligible for a refund if:

• Your payment was received but the item was never delivered
• You received a different item than what you ordered, due to our error
• You were charged more than once for the same order

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

• The item was delivered correctly to the account/details you provided
• You provided incorrect account details
• You simply changed your mind after delivery

📦 Non-Digital (Physical) Products

Physical products bought from our marketplace sellers come with a 3-day return/refund window, counted from the day your order is marked "Shipped":

• Once your order is marked "Shipped", open 🧾 My Orders — you'll see a ✅ Confirm Receipt button and a ↩️ Not Received / Request Refund option.
• If the item arrives as expected, tap Confirm Receipt. This releases your payment to the seller (platform commission deducted) right away.
• If something is wrong (not received, damaged, wrong item), tap Request Refund instead — our team will review it, including any proof the seller has on file, and decide the outcome.
• If you do neither within 3 days of shipping, the order is treated as received and payment is automatically released to the seller — the same as tapping Confirm Receipt yourself.

📌 Sellers are required to keep proof (screenshot/video of packing and dispatch) for every physical shipment. If a dispute is raised and the seller cannot provide proof, the decision is more likely to favor the customer.

How to request a refund

For digital orders, contact us within 3 days of your order via WhatsApp, email, or an in-app support ticket, with your Order Number and transaction ID. For physical orders, use the "Not Received / Request Refund" button on the order itself. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet or original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days.
